Ticket Change Instructions

When updating or modifying a ticket, it is essential to enter all information exactly as it appears on the original ticket. Please ensure:

• All text matches the ticket precisely — including capitalization, punctuation, and spacing.
• There are no extra spaces before or after any of the information entered.
• You are entering the last four digits of the credit card used for the original purchase.

If all information is entered correctly, the update will process successfully. However, please note that tickets cannot be changed once the event date has passed.
